After receiving a letter from the school nurse saying that Alyssa failed the eye test at school. I decided to take her to the eye doctor even though she just went about one and a half years ago. Then she had perfect vision andnow she has 20/100. She is pretty blind! I feel bad that she has been walking around not being able to see. Jason and I always made fun of her because when we would see something in the car and tell her to look at it she would say she couldn't see it. Then of course we would just laugh. Little did we know she wasn't lying!
She was crying at the eye doctor saying she didn't want glasses and no one in her class had them. Sandee our friend works at the optical shop, she helped Alyssa pick out the cutest glasses. She told Alyssa they would be done in a week and Alyssa has driven me crazy asking me when they would be done. So in the end she loves them and can't believe she can actually SEE!
She is so cute with glasses! I'm glad she likes them and everybody is nice to her at school. She is pretty responsible so hopefully she can keep track of them. :)

Jason and I met 12 years ago in High School. We have been inseparable since. We were married on July 27, 2001. Our daughter Alyssa Ann was born February 5, 2002 and we just welcomed our baby boy Zachary Max to our family on May 28, 2008. We are just living everyday to the fullest and loving it. Alyssa is 8 years old and is in 2nd grade. She loves being SASSY, chatting on facebook, school, reading, littlest pet shop, super nintendo,playing the wii, anything pink, suckers and more than anything her Daddy! She has been the light of our lives since the day she was born 8 years ago. We can't believe how fast she is growing up and what a wonderful girl she is becoming.♥

Zach is 2 years old. His favorite things are talking,climbing anything, going outside, flushing the toilet, attacking his dogs, toy trucks, hotwheels cars, french fries, every kind of cereal, being rocked.
